Parker is a great boy who is about 3 years old. He was found at a ball park, and his rescuer soon realized he was blind. The vet says he may see shadows, but that's probably it.
His foster home can't get over how well he accommodates for his disability.
This is what his foster had to say:
After about 2 days he can get around the house with no problems. I cannot believe how he can adapt to different situations or how fast he learns. He will play ball as long as you will roll it and always brings it back for more, and this includes out side rolling the ball into the woods 100 to 200 feet away. He seems very healthy and loves to walk in the neighbor hood. I personally can't believe no one claimed him from the shelter because he knows how to do many different task. We have had no accidents in the house. So far his only bad habits are counter surfing, and he needs to master walking on leash. When we are walking with him, I have noticed he calms down after about half way around the block and walks by your side the rest of the time. Parker is also gentle with children and small animals.
