Sugar is 7 yrs old, good with kids, cats and most other dogs. She is medium activity and housebroken.

Hello, My name is Sugar and I am a very cute and sweet little girl with blonde hair. I weigh in at 57 lbs. but am currently on a weight loss plan and the vet says I should weigh between 47 and 50 lbs. I am in excellent health, and love to take one or two 2 mile walks each day. Each morning I bounce in circles then do a perfect sit when my foster Mom gets out the leash. I have excellent house manners, am housebroken and know the commands sit and come. I am learning down and I walk nicely on a leash also. I think children are great, and I am good around cats too. I am about 7 years old, but you would never guess that by the way I look or my activity level.

My favorite thing is to be with my people and I really love to sit with my head in your lap- and every now and then I try to crawl up into my foster Mom's lap. She just does not understand that I am really small enough to be a lap dog. I am happy with most dogs, but do like to be the top dog in the house. I would probably not do well with a dog who is a strong alpha, but I am fine with the my foster brother, a 6 year-old golden retriever. I am a happy little girl who needs a home with lots of love and some exercise, to call my own.
